Lend me your ears!  The Eastern Maine Camera Club is sponsoring a Kenduskeag Stream Walk on Sunday May 7. They'll be a canoe and kayak slalom occurring at the time.

So, you'll have a chance to capture some action photography.  We'll also talk about manipulating light with neutral density filters and other means of making longer exposures for that "silky" water look!

We'll meet at the parking lot near where Harlow Street crosses the Kenduskeag Stream.

If you're coming through Bangor, get onto Harlow Street and head towards Ohio Street.  Shortly after crossing the Kenduskeag Stream you'll see a parking lot on the right.  

If your coming from north of Bangor, get off the Union Street exit (184), turn left onto Union Street, the turn left again at Walgreens (14th Street). Cross over Ohio Street and head down hill.  Keep an eye out for the Kenduskeag Stream, because you don't want to cross it.  The parking lot is before the bridge on the left!!

If you're coming from the south, take exit 184.  Turn right onto Union Street.  Then turn left at Walgreens. Follow directions as above.
